Fab Finds - Cherry Blossom Lashes;

Hi guys!

Today I have another Fab Find.

I`m not a lash girl or expert, but every now & then I think they are fun to play around with.

I saw Rai`s post + video where she hauled these lashes & wanted to try them out.

These Cherry Blossom lashes are the same lashes as Red Cherry, but WAY cheaper.

I couldn`t find these @ my usual Beauty Supply Stores[BSS], so I thought I`d never find them.

Luckily when my sister visited the BSS in Greenville, NC, I found them!

&I found these babies for only $1.29 each!

I was in lash heaven & did know which to choose.

I decided to choose some natural & some bold.

As you can see, I went with the #68, #12, #ZOBATH, #C41. I`m most excited to try out the #68 & #C41 lashes. I`ve always wanted to try criss cross lashes, so to find these, I was SUPER ecstatic! I am definately going to have TONS of fun playing around with these babies!

FOTD; Christmas Edition*

Feliz Navidad!

Hope you guys are enjoying your Christmas.

I decided to do a bronze-y gold & burgundy eye look today.

Hope you ladies enjoy!

For the eyes I used ELF Tone Correcting Concealer in Honey for a base. The shadows I used all came from my SedonaLace 88 Metal Palette[I can tell this will be my favorite palette for a while!]. I used the Sephora Liquid Eyeliner in Black for my top liner &for my lower lashline Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide One Pencil in Underground. I also used my current favorite mascara, Maybelline`s Great Lash LOL[Lots of Lashes] Mascara.

For my lips I used Maybelline`s Baby Lips in Quenched to moisturize. As my lipstick I used ELF`s Fantasy Lipstick[from the $1 line]. To top off the lip I used Revlon`s Colorburst Lipgloss in Peony.

On my cheeks I used Milani`s Baked Blush in Corallina & topped my face off with my MAC Studio Fix Powder in C8.

Sedona Lace Black Friday Haul;

Good evening ladies!

I know you guys are probably tired of hauls. Lol.

But this should be one of my last ones for a good little while.

I purchased from Sedona Lace on Black Friday.

They had some palettes for $8.95 & 25% off everything else.

I picked up a palette I have been dying to try & a few brushes.

The brushes came in a nice pink bag.

I picked up the 88 Metal Palette. After seeing Ashley post a FOTD on Twitter, I knew I had to have this eventually. Luckily, my waiting paid off & I got this palette for only $8.95! Such a steal, as this palette is normally $22.95 on their site!

I also picked up the EB15 & the LB23. They sent me a EB13 free, they include this brush free with every order if I`m not mistaken. The EB15 is a Pointed Crease Brush. Originally $8.95. The LB23 is a Capped Lip Brush. It cost $1.95 & is originally $8.95.

I am super excited to use my 88 metal palette. I`m sooo happy that I waited for a major sale to buy this. I wasn`t going to buy the brushes, but the lip brush was only $2, so I figured why not. I don`t own a pointed crease brush, so I thought I would pick one up. Super excited to try out all of my goodies!

Dallas CCO Haul;

Morning!

So on my road trip I knew I had to visit some CCOs.

Houston didn`t have anything that I wanted.

& Dallas wasn`t too impressive either.

However, I did pick up 3 things from the Dallas CCO.

So here`s what I picked up;

I picked up the Flirt! Flirtatious! Perfume for $12.

The sales lady tried to lie & say this particular size costs $40 in Kohls, when clearly on the back it said $14 under their CCO price sticker...

But it smelled fruity, which I like, so I bought it anyways.

I also got a Kissable Lipcolor from MAC in the shade Temper Tantra.

My third item is a MAC Pro Longwear Lipcreme in Goes and Goes.

Swatches;

I was ecstatic to see the Kissable Lipcolor. I missed out on these & was happy to see them in the CCO. I bought last one in this shade. :D I thought it would be a great color for WOC. &Y`all know when I saw Goes & Goes I had to get that. I loooove a purple lip. They also had Go For It, which I should have gotten, but I didn`t. :/

I am very happy with my purchases.

At my local CCO, we never have anything.

I always just pick up a shadow or two to add to my collection.

How I Achieve Beachy Waves[Without Heat];

Hi guys.

Back when I was growing out my relaxers, one of my favorite styles to do were bantu knots.

Bantu knots are a way of curling your hair without heat.

I wanted to share with you all the technique that I used & still use when I straighten my hair.

Fab Finds - Big Lots;

Hey guys!

I wanted to start a new segment on my blog called Fab Finds.

Basically I will be sharing my cheap finds from discount stores such as Big Lots, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, ect.

Today, all of my items are from Big Lots.

I can NEVER find anything at my local Big Lots, but luckily I was able to find a few things my last few visits!

I found this lipgloss set from Black Radiance.

It includes four radiant lip glosses & one illusion lip gloss.

Best of all, it was only $4.50.

I`m not sure how much they each retail for, but for this price I could not pass this set up!

Closer look at the glosses;

Below are the swatches. As you can see, the purple, gold, & orange are pretty opaque. They are all shimmery except the illusion gloss. The name "illusion lip gloss" is definitely perfect for this product, as there is no pigmentation at all[Its the second to last gloss].

I found two Covergirl polishes for only $.50.

These are pretty opaque, so I will probably give them away.

This is a Covergirl Trucheek blush set.

I couldn`t pass this up for only $1!

I found these three brushes.

The eyeshadow brush was $1.50 & the blush brushes were $.80 each.

Such a steal for the blush brushes!

Lastly, I found a Conair Roller Set Kit for only $4!

These kits are about $8 at my local Walmart last I checked.

I`m very happy with my finds. Although the polishes were rather disappointing.

I can`t wait to continue this new segment on my blog.

Who knows, I may even find some items to giveaway.

Mini Black Friday Haul - Coastal Scents;

Hi guys!

Long time no blog.

I am back from my lovely vacation! &I came home to a few packages.

So, I decided to first share my Coastal Scents haul.

They were having 50% off & I initially was not going to purchase anything.

But I did see a brush set & figured I would pick that & some pans for pressing shadows.

I also got a free blush sample.

Here is the case;

I picked up the 22 piece brush set for only around $17! Such a STEAL!

I had never ordered from CS before, so I was not sure what to expect. However, I am pleased to report that I am SUPER happy with their shipping. They packaged everything nicely & I think they sent this out within about 2 days of me ordering. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this site & will do so myself in the future!
